I would like to express what an excellent fitness training experience I've had with Melissa Toader. I've trained with Melissa on bi-weekly basis and she has consistently impressed me with her ability to generate workouts that are both creative and strenuous. She has been great at keeping track of my progress and developing progressively difficult workouts so that I am challenged during each session. She has been especially creative in mixing together a variety of exercises during each week so that even after multiple months of training with her I'm still kept physically and mentally engaged in the workouts

Melissa, as you remember when we first met, I was heavy from my sedentary work and too many airplane flights. I look at myself today and can't even recognize the body WE have built together. I have stamina and strength now. I proudly lift my own luggage overhead with ease. I run through airports without effort, and I can teach my workshops, standing for hours, with no complaints. You are a really talented and empathic trainer. I love how you ask me about my needs and my weak spots (my famously weak lower back) and yet how you push me when I get too comfortable. The variety of you exercises is the other thing that motivated me, because boredom can be the enemy of working out! Your cheerful attitude always inspires me to do my best, and I now hear your voice in my head even when training alone. I also appreciate your flexibility: I don't know how you do it, but you always try to adjust to people's schedules and life rhythms.
