Sandwiches aren't just slapped together by the chefs at Carvery Kitchen. Instead, they take the time to carefully assemble handheld masterpieces out of delicately carved meats, veggies, and artisan bread. They plunge their speciality prime dipper sandwiches into the shop's signature sauce once, twice, or until the sandwich is soaked all the way through. On the drier side of the menu, their internationally inspired sandwiches fuse together culinary traditions, as tasted in the banh mi porkchetta topped with balsamic-onion jam, green papaya relish, daikon sprouts, and a barbecue-chili sauce. The chefs also set aside their love for sandwiches to make full-sized entrees, such as the adobo brisket. Each entree comes with six sides including a falafel puff, summer salad, candied garlic, and artisan toast—just in case the entree wants to disguise itself as a sandwich to fit in.
