Instructors incinerate calories with a blend of traditional workout techniques and martial-arts-based classes. They teach R.I.P.P.E.D. courses, which blend an intense cardio routine with weightlifting and resistance training of increasing difficulty. Team Mix Fit
Founding their quest for fitness in the martial arts, Team Mix Fit teaches kickboxing and taekwondo, supplementing the combat training with classic conditioning classes. They use circuit training to combine weight lifting and resistance exercise with cardio to encourage muscles to burn large amounts of calories while pushing for greater strength.
