What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer a highly effective method of practice that helps students progress quickly. We offer beginner classes, vinyasa flow classes, strength and alignment based classes and unique mobility classes that create dynamic strength and flexibility.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer excellent instruction and a supportive community environment. Our teachers work with you before, during and after class. We discuss goals and give the tools to achieve them.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to open a yoga space that had a community feel and focus on quality practice. Our space is perfect to spend the winter months in. We are on the second floor the Washington Building with tall feeling and windows allowing for natural light during the day.

What do you love most about your job?
Working with the students. Our method works as we've been highly successful in aiding lower back pain, anxiety, depression and creating strong and healthy minds and bodies.
