The environment at these boot camp classes is unlike any fitness classes I have seen so far. Lots of variety, encouragement, and everyone's so friendly and laid back. Carla and Nathan go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and part of the group. I appreciate the push in the right direction if I am slacking a little bit, but I also appreciate the fact that I actually feel like I can go at my own pace and level, where at other fitness classes they say it is for all fitness levels but they always make you feel a bit guilty if you can't keep up.

The instructor (Carla) was excellent. Made you feel comfortable like you have been there forever. I will definitely make a huge effort to go every day for the month and will see about joining the class for my regular exercise. Thank you.
