Very very friendly on arriving ( front desk ) a smile and hello really goes along way ! The instructor was so nice ( can't remember her name ) as beginner she really took time to show you the move made me feel so relaxed ..really made you feel welcome .. Very clean ..

First timers: Take it easy and try to stay the whole time to acclimate to the temperature. It's going to take a few classes to get used to the hot environment so take breaks and don't over do it your first couple times. It will get easier.

Bikram yoga isn’t supposed to be easy, but it is intended for students of virtually any skill and fitness level at Bikram Yoga Scarsdale.
