Navrung Expression founder Smita Shah believes that stress is the root cause of many health issues, and that meditation can help resolve it. As a cosmetologist and alternative healing practitioner, she leads MindYog seminars, which aim to teach pupils how to communicate with their bodies through meditation. The sessions aim to relieve bodies of daily stress in order to resolve health issues. She is also a henna tatooist who has been practicing her art for more than 35 years, which is a long time for one person but a drop in the ocean when compared to the history of centuries-old henna tattooing.
