Feeling unsatisfied with her role in corporate America, Cindy Lai abandoned her pumps for a pair of sneakers, embracing her true passion by creating Cindy Lai Fitness. Now a certified personal trainer, CrossFit instructor, and kettlebell sport coach, Cindy fills her days with personal-training and boot-camp sessions. Her personal-training clients get one-on-one attention, while boot campers get challenging workouts in a small-group atmosphere. Both types of sessions blend Cindy's personal interests—ranging from Pilates to running—into routines, which she designs to be as fun and engaging as a diamond ring that squirts out champagne.
