Inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asian street food, Foosia Asia Fresh offers visitors an elevated fast-casual dining experience. The cuisine not only emphasizes authenticity, but balance, which is best demonstrated in the eatery's eco-friendly practices and fresh ingredients. Read on to learn about a few of the latter:
- Proteins include skirt steak marinated in soy sauce and ginger, pork slow-roasted for 12 hours, fresh prawns seared in a wok, and deep-fried tofu dusted with Japanese spices.
- Sauces are equally plentiful. The house sriracha, Foo Foo mango-lime sauce, and Korean-style barbecue are among Foosia's seven signature condiments.
- Toppings are sourced locally, sometimes as close by as the eatery's patio garden. They range from Asian-style cucumbers and fresno chili peppers, both pickled in-house, to crispy shallots and wontons.
