About this Business

After 40 years in the restaurant business, it's understandable that Larry Abel might harbor some nostalgia for the New York-style delicatessens of yesteryear. He recalls a time when Broadway stars would stop into corner delicatessens for a bite to eat and leave with a script in one hand and a pastrami and rye in the other. He aims to recreate that feeling through his latest restaurant venture, Miller's Deli & Grill.
The most important ingredient to such an endeavor, of course, is the food. Larry and staff pickle their own corned beef and pastrami in house, piling them high on fresh-baked breads served with sides of matzo-ball soup. Guests can also enjoy Miller's array of salads or their Nova Scotia salmon on a pet-friendly patio.
