My first visit and my appt. Time was 9am and i arrived a few minutes early to complete necesaary consents however the door did not open until 9:02am and then the tank was not working and i wasnt offered another time to.reschedule or a refund. I cyro on a weekly basis at home so i know how the process works - why would you allow someone in a tank thats not working? Just because it was a goupon doesnt mean i cant afford to pay for regular priced sessions.
