It appeared unorganized & staff did not know who was suppose to sit in certain areas. Management seemed to be out to lunch. Food was just ok, a bit overpriced & we will not be returning especially when there are so many fine restaurants in the area. Sorry but it was not impressive.
This place has the worst service-- ever! And it wasn't a fluke… I've tried it at least five times. I want to like this place. I really do! The ambience is spot on. The food is great. The service is just horrible! It is literally frustrating coming here. It's never busy yet the food takes forever to come out. You have to ask your server for every little thing after you track them down. Remember, it's not even busy so I'm not quite sure why the wait staff struggles so much. I am chalking it up to poor training and support. Maybe a more competent manager would be helpful.
Good food but happy hour wines were limited
We went on Friday, they had live music👍, Food is great, service excellent and great prices
Joe waited on us. Nice guy but talked too much. My ribs were good. Spouse got pad Thai....it smelled like fish and they used vermicelli noodles vs rice noodles. Bean sprouts are normally crisp. Very soggy....My grilled veggies were awesome!
Nice atmosphere, decent food, but service was sub par. We ordered a dish and it never came out even though we asked for it several times. But we will go back, they have all you can eat sushi on Mondays.
Went to Zen on a Friday evening. Atmosphere was nice and waiter friendly. It wasn't busy, but food took a long time to come out. Enjoyed what we had (Pad Thai) though overpriced without a Groupon.
The restaurant is very new and modern. The waiter was awesome and very personal. And then the food. Absolutely phenomenal! I had the pork belly ramen and my date had the pad thai. Can't wait to go back.
A little pricey but very good food and nice atmosphere.
The green curry is really spicy, but if you ask them to make it not spicy at all it's the best curry in the world! Coming again 100%!!!
