The groupon is so worth paying for! They do a full inspection of lights, fluids, and everything else that may need checking. The conventional oil change includes 5 quarts of oil and my car requires 6 so I only had to pay an extra $6 with tax (which is no problem at all) I only interacted with Sean and he was so nice, calm, and polite. He wasn't pushy like most people/places (being a younger female who generally "has no idea what any of this stuff means") making things up saying I needed tons of new things and charging me an arm and a leg. He suggested I get wiper blades and simply said "okay, no problem" when I said not today. The whole process takes about 45-60 minutes because of all the checking out they do and I didn't mind waiting at all but I would have liked a little bit of a heads up. I do not have one bad thing to say about the people I encountered or the service I received, I suggest that anyone in need of these services or anything else for that matter goes here!

They charge a bunch of hidden chargers and are rude will never use Midas horrible experience.

Super nice, professional, and fast... Sean helped me the entire time; from calling to schedule a same day appointment (that I was behind schedule for because I drove to the wrong Midas and was very accommodating) to ringing me up. Everything was explained in detail** so that there was no confusion or misunderstandings and any question I asked was met with a knowledgeable answer. Great deal and I spent a total of 45 mins that flew by. I recommend and ask for Sean

I made an appointment for 12:30, left my car and when I returned at 1:30 my car hadn't even been taken yet! I didn't get out of there until 2:10 and I was on my lunch "hour". Good thing I work for an understanding boss!

Sean assited me with my Groupon visit for an oil change. He was kind, helpful and professional. He was very informative and made suggestions but was not pushy which makes me feel comfortable to go back.

This was my first time getting work done at Midas and I was very happy with the service ! Sean was very helpful and pleasant. What I love is the courtesy check they give you on your car while you wait . Sean gave me a break down of what I needed with the prices included .
