What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Ballard CrossFit was founded in 2009 by a team of Coaches dedicated to bringing health & fitness to the greater Ballard area! We've created an amazing community of people that push each other to new levels of health and wellness!
What do you love most about your job?
Our program changes lives. At Ballard CrossFit, we give you the tools to turn fitness from a couple of hours a week to a lifestyle! Going to the gym can actually be fun and YOU can see the results that you've always dreamed of!
