Set in historic Pike Place Market, Eat Saint is designed to create unique dining experiences, combining worldly ingredients, on-hand Taste Teachers to pair food and drinks, and often live entertainment such as music, poetry readings, or comedy. Originated from the minds of local Mix Master Mike McSorley and Mechanic Chef A.J. Barker, the duo also calls in help from local experts. Mixology gurus, cheese mongers, artisan craftspeople, butchers, farmers, brewers, and distillers are a few among those that contribute to the dining experiences.
