Four Things to Know About Elysian Brewing Company
More than 350: that’s how many craft beers Elysian Brewing Company estimates it has brewed since it first began processing hops in 1996. Read on to discover what makes this particular brewpub a Seattle favorite:
- These aren’t dive bars. Elysian’s four locations all feature distinctive designs, but expect to see rustic-chic touches including exposed beams and exposed brick.
- There’s a beer for every taste. The brewery bottles beers such as Avatar Jasmine IPA and Men’s Room Red year-round, along with seasonal pumpkin ales, espresso stouts, and unique collaborations.
- There’s also a dish for every taste. Each taproom serves up elevated pub classics such as Kobe beef burgers and bangers and mash, while the Elysian Bar plates up elegant entrees of lamb and grilled king salmon.
- The cocktails are nothing to scoff at either. Legendary bartender Murray Stenson helps craft cocktails at the Elysian Bar. Ask him to mix you a Pick of Destiny, a blend of bourbon, apricot liqueur, bitters, and pastis.
