Founders Paul and Pam Saito and their team of cooks at Five Hooks Fish Grill prepare health-conscious dishes using sustainably harvested seafood. They charbroil daily deliveries of fresh whole salmon, giant prawns, and Pacific swordfish as wells as shrimp and and scallop tacos with coleslaw, cilantro, and housemade cream sauce. The health-centered eatery even serves fried fish, scallops, and prawns, but with a twist—they fry the morsels in 100% rice bran oil, which contains nourishing levels of antioxidants and vitamin E. Sides such as sweet potato fries crown each meal, which is made to order by a staff of talented chefs. In addition to its signature seafood, they also grill up chicken breasts, tuck organic tofu into wraps, and craft desserts such as red velvet cake.
