Trained as both a classical vocalist and pastry chef, Michael Seidel owns the shop aptly named The Troubadour Baker. He crafts Italian tiramisú and Middle Eastern semolina cakes alongside old-fashioned apple pies and chocolate chip cookies, making taste buds shout for an encore in three different languages. His bakery delivery service delivers chef-selected boxes of goodies directly to customers' doorsteps, stocking them with bread, granola, and treats for the coming week.
