The people running Angilo's seemed really nice!
We had to get a refund on 1 certificate because they would not let my guest use their coupon on the same day as I used mine, yet the only stipulation on the coupon was to sit at separate tables. Over an hour drive in 2 autos and it was not worth the savings!
It would be nice to have ice for drinks...
How about not having all kinds of people running in and out of the place, including the back (kitchen?) door. Kids were hanging around using laptops. The place was dirty. I was almost afraid to eat there in the event I contracted some disease. Sorry, Angilo's, even the bathroom was dirty.
If providing an eat in environment for guests, make it a bit more inviting with some pictures on the wall maybe? The smell of old grease in the fryers was a turn off. Also offer cups with ice-- the sodas were barely cold. The pizza was pretty good and the mushrooms were great!
Need to look a little more professional (children running around the kitchen making their own food doesn't look like a professionally run business). The toppings on our pizza were incorrect but pizza was good anyways, but when we were there, we saw pizzas being returned for this reason, so a little more organization would help. Good luck to your family business! We hope you make it!
They treated us like criminals for using our groupon. Told my husband "this Groupon has already been used today". My husband has been a police officer for over 30 years and is not going to lose his job over a $7 Groupon. Really! Why they participated in Groupon I will never know. If I had it to do over again I would throw the Groupon in the trash and eat the $7 rather then give them an additional $13.
Workers weren't very welcoming. Felt like we were interrupting them yet there were no customers.

A green roof and rustic timber façade blend Angilo's Pizza with its wooded, hilly backdrop. Inside the casual dining environment, brick walls the color of marinara allude to a menu of cheesy pizzas, meatball dinners, and warm, 8-inch hoagies. In the glow of large picture windows, tables come alive with steaming plates of shrimp and buffalo chicken flanked by sides such as fried mushrooms, hot wings, and crinkle-cut fries, cut each morning immediately after the chef guzzles a pot of coffee.
