This was by far the best adrenaline rush / bucket list experience! The car roar gives you goose bumps and brings a huge smile on everyones face! I would recommend to all my friends and petrol heads! Two thumps up! Great just great!

I love watching dirt track racing and a buddy talked me into signing up for this experience. I found a discount code on facebook and signed up for 15 laps at paragon speedway. I was informed a few weeks before that they had to cancel the run at paragon and they helped me reschedule to another track. It was very smooth and professional so I rescheduled to run at terra haute speedway. When I got to the track they had lots of signs pointing the way. I got signed in took the safety class and got suited up with very little down time but not rushed by any means. I rode around in a late model with a professional driver who showed me entry points and life points then I strapped into a ump modified and have the best time of my life. The guy on the radio helped me with my exit speeds and letting me know about other cars on the track. The only bad thing is I didn't buy more 15 was not enough.. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

My wife found the coupon on Groupon and got it for me for fathers day. I called and made the reservation and the person on the other side of the phone was very respectful and very proffesional. The day of the event came and we drove the hour and a half to the track and checked in. Everything went smooth at check in. I was supposed to start the driver meeting at 11am, but we didnt get started until 11:30 due to the trainer having to help out on the track with the first wave of participants. We had about a 30 min chat and were told what to expect when getting on the track and getting in the car. We suited up and headed to the cars. Everything honestly went great. The individuals help you get fastened in and test the ear buds to make sure you can hear the spotter. One thing is that the modifieds are actually a stick shift with a clutch and what not, but you only need to know to push the clutch in when starting and you have to shift it from 2nd to 3rd when getting on the track and your ready to go. Then from 3rd to 2nd coming off the track. One guy did kill it three times getting on the track but if you dont know how to drive a stick i think this is still a great experience and that shouldn't inhibit you from giving this a shot. You can learn what you need to from the crew to get yourself on and off the track fine. Overall i would reccomend this event. The cars take some getting used to if you've never drifted or driven on dirt before.

There are some improvements that are much needed! This is an experience so it should be as close to life like as possible. They did not treat the track at all there were holes all in it and really bad condition, the tires on the car was worn out, and I was over 3 hours past my appointment time because they were so behind and one car had to have some repairs.

From Our Editors

When NASCAR drivers really want to have some fun—and often get back to their racing roots—they get dirty. The adrenaline junkies power up racing machines and race around dirt tracks at speeds of more than 100 mph, sliding around the dirt corners and getting dirtier than a politician in a food fight.

Kenny Wallace Dirt Racing Experience lets speed fiends hop in the same type of Dirt Late Model or Sprint Cars the professionals drive and take off around dirt tracks across the country. They can ride in the passenger seat while an experienced driver careens around corners or take over the wheel after a 45-minute class. No racing experience is required, and family and friends are welcome to watch the race experiences.
