A National Association of Sports Medicine–certified personal trainer and a former football player, Will Harding has what it takes to help people exceed their expectations. His post-college work with personal trainers inspired him to get certified himself, and today he guides clients toward healthy and active lifestyles at Beast Nation.
Will designs customized programs for everyone. Depending on their needs, he might ask them to engage in weight lifting, plyometrics, cardio conditioning, or all of the above. Some of his regimens include exercises such as pushups, weight lifting, and heavy rope exercises, as well as sport-specific conditioning such as running mechanics and lateral and linear agility. Will also leads indoor group boot camps that help clients shed weight and increase energy without resorting to extreme measures such as bathing in caffeinated soda.
