The hairstylist did not acknowledge me when I came in; spoke no English and the guy who I did want to see, based on a great Yelp review no longer worked there...or so I was told. Because they needed to indicate who the Groupon was for, not just the Salon. The stylist came over and introduced himself and viola! It was the one I originally wanted. Not cool. She then proceeds to speak to new clients who came in, in her language. Really rude. Oh, used thinning shears and ruined my hair after I told them no blades. Overall crappy experience.
The technician had a dull file and didn't know how to do nails! Cut my nails so short they hurt! Didn't remove cuticles. Unbelievably slow. Will never go back I could've done this at home for free and saved my money and time. A huge disappointment
I have never experienced such a terrible manicure & pedicure!! I have already taken off the nail polish! I am so upset that I plan on contacting Groupon to see if they will refund my money! Honestly, how she can think that that's how you do nails! Ridiculous!!!
The two new managers Olga and Irina were amazing. The mani/pedi was done with such care and detail. Their customer service was outstanding!!

The only thing more eye-catching that Salon Laqua's streamlined, modern interior are the fashion-forward hairstyles being created before each asymmetrical styling mirror. The creative minds that man each workstation can color locks with bright pink and deep purple tones or design jaw-dropping special event styles that range from classic, cascading curls to polished giant hair bows. Of course, hair isn't the only feature that can benefit from the team's magic touch: aestheticians refine skin with facials and nail artists lavish attention onto fingers and toes with pampering mani-pedis.
