A thin crepe is filled with lightly cooked potatoes, onions, green chilies, and spices, as well as eggs, cheese, or eggplant to create Lingsa’s specialty, the masala dosa. That's not the restaurant's only highlight, though. The chef also cooks flavourful Sri Lankan and South Indian classics, such as curry, biryani, and kottu roti dishes. And to wash down these savoury dishes, patrons can order south indian coffee, apple or mango juice, or a mango lassi, a sweet, rich blend of mango, milk, yogurt, sugar, and cardamom.
