Winter Apple Ale
(#1 - tasting tray) .Take a walk just off Main Street and you will find some very old apple trees. Many are of the Baldwin variety. Called "a winter apple" because of its' superior storage capabilities, it is also known as one of the best cider apples and now the inspiration for our Winter Apple Ale. Our unique blend of this apple essence, malts and hops creates a symphony of flavors while maintaining freshness one expects from our beers. Alcohol: 4.9%
(#2 - tasting tray) Our european - style, golden colored, pilsner is a very difficult and time consuming beer to brew, requiring multi-step mash temperatures and extended lagering. Frankly, few breweries have the equipment or will devote the time to make a true pilsner. The added cost of pilsner malted barley, and czech saaz hops for flavoring and aroma, further discourages all but a very few breweries from making this beer however, the rewards are great for those who take up the challenge, as classic pilsner is the essence of smoothness with the greatest harmony of flavors. Alcohol: 5.2%
Copper City Ale
(#3 - tasting tray) Brewery Gulch has more than its share of "people from another planet" but we are in close orbit when it comes to our namesake beer. We all really like it! Honoring the last commercial brewery in brewery gulch, we are happy to be producing this beer after a 121year absence. The inclusion of four malts creates richness and super smoothness in our historic beer. Also, you will notice the hop additions that give it liveliness without being over done. That is the way wyatt earp liked his beer and that's the way we like it now. Smooth, hearty and satisfying, that is copper city ale alcohol: 4.9%
"Double Hopped" Ipa
(#4 - tasting tray) The British empire had a big problem. The British army could not be expected to perform well without the availability of good beer. The beer arriving in bombay from london was virtually undrinkable. The preservative powers of hops made the answer obvious.....more Hops! India pale ale was born. Our version has double the rate of hop infusions balanced with five different malts. A flavorful beer indeed. Enjoy! Alcohol: 6.5%
The Holy Grail "Indigenous" Ipa
(#5 - tasting tray) We like to hike in our beautiful mountains and are always fascinated by the old gold mines some of which date all the way back to the spanish times of the late 1700's but our greatest discovery has been our local, unique variety of the southwest hop neomexicanus. Our brew master calls this hop "the holy grail" for its profound and unique aroma and flavor. Now, in very limited quantities, the holy grail indigenous ipa is available to you. This is the ultimate expression of beer made in the southwest. Alcohol: 7.3%
(#6 - tasting tray) We are excited to announce our new stout combining what we feel are the best of old world brewing techniques and ingedients with our featured Mayan Nut; a staple and brewing ingredient of the New World going back nearly 4,0000 years. Known by many names in Mesoamerica in addition to Mayan Nut including Ramon in the equatorial areas, and Mojote in central and northern Mexico, the stately tree grows upwards of 130 feet. and has been valued for the wood as well the highly nutritious bean (not nut). In appearance, very similar to the coffee and cocoa bean, but without caffeine, it has been used in brewed beverages from the earliest Mayan times approximately 3,800 years ago. Imparting a rich flavor without astringent bitterness, we feel it is a great addition to stout. Because of deforestation, only about 5% of the original stands exist. We are committed to renewing interst in the Mayan Nut and working with organizations like the Maya Nut Institute, Sadehana Forest and the Life-Saving Trees. These and similar organizations are developing community Mayan Nut reforestation projects to enhance the local environment, provide meaningful work, and reduce poverty and manlnutrition. Alcohol: 7.0%
For those who prefer the taste of wine... (Salut de la vie) (#7-tasting tray) Beginning in the 1860's the french vineyards became decimated by disease. In fact, by 1880, 1.5 Million acres were in the grip of the disease and france's wine industry was virtually wiped out. For the thirsty french, necessity being the mother of invention, a beverage was created through the brewing process that so closely looked, smelled and tasted like the famous wines of the loire valley that a government official called it "salut de la vie" "(salvation of life). In fact, this brewed beverage became too successful and, as the vineyards recovered, the french government proceeded to ban the product to protect the newly reemerging french wine industry. The government went so far as to mandate that all recipes and records of the product be destroyed. After much research, we have successfully recreated the "salut" recipe and have faithfully reproduced the beverage so popular in paris in the 1880's. And as with the original recipe, we include natural peach and bulgarian elderberry extracts for authenticity. Salut! Alcohol: 4.6%

Our bratwurst isn't from arizona. If it were, it would be called chorizo. The best we could find is from wisconsin and it is simmered in beer. Then we add a finishing touch grilling our brats for extra flavor. Included are chips and condiments
