At Sawdust City Brewing, brewers craft traditional ales with nontraditional flavor profiles. The all-natural beers are made with high-quality ingredients, and include a cast of six mainstays complemented by seasonal offerings and experimental brews.
Visitors sample the beers in the rustic tap room, and belly up to the live-edge bar made from a 100-year-old naturally felled pine tree. The bar pays tribute to Muskoka's logging history, as does the brewery's name—Sawdust City was the name of the lumber settlement that sat in what is now modern-day Gravenhurst.
