After closing their popular MIHO Gastrotruck in 2013, Juan Miron and Kevin Ho sought a new avenue for their distinctive farm-to-table approach to street food. Hence Juke, a food counter the duo launched with chef Rocio SisoGurriaran inside Bottlecraft. Drawing on global flavors, the culinary team crafts a concise, yet eclectic menu of seasonal treats, from octopus ceviche tostadas to roasted cauliflower paired with curry-apple sauce. Juke's take on a meatball sub, meanwhile, unites all-natural lamb and housemade marinara with local arugula and ciabatta bread. Per Eater San Diego, Juke complements its eats with a non-alcoholic tap system filled with beverages such as lemon ginger beer.
