This place was awesome! The sweet smell of fresh chocolate pierced the air! Our tour guide was very animated and entertaining! Loved all the samples we got to try, even purchased a few bars to melt down to hot chocolate 🤤

They first give you a lecture about the history of the company, where they get their cocoa beans and their relationship with the farmers. Very informative! Then you go on a tour of the factory, which is really not a lot, but the tour guide explains everything in detail and we get to taste many flavors! Ended up buying lots of chocolate and hot coco mix.
This is a gem! I would go back with out-of-town friends.

A really in-depth tour of the factory. It’s a shame that they don’t manufacture on weekends, so just be aware of that before booking.

Fun tour. LOT'S of tasting. Enjoyed the source to product information. I really love the fact that it is all lactose free. Yeahhh!!! Chocolate I can enjoy without a mouth full of Lactaids!

Amazing how small the actual place is that churns out such delicious chocolate all across the globe. Definitely fun, worth visiting and the samples are plentiful!

The number of people on our tour were much larger than advertised; the Sunday we attended in an adjoining space an exercise class was happening so between the music and people entering and exiting the room it was disruptive; the final portion of the tour ends with a presentation outside of the store and there was an extremely loud and boisterous group waiting for their resulting in our group could not hear or focus on the presentation. Better management of the groups waiting would have gone to making the tour much more enjoyable.

Really great chocolate tour! If you’re ever in Boston this is something to do that doesn’t take too much time out of your day.
