Danielle Mazzurco, a registered yoga teacher and certified Pilates instructor, runs Hip Lifestyle Studio with both beginners and seasoned practitioners in mind. Her curriculum encompasses gentle introductions to posing styles as well as more advanced Vinyasa series, which stress sun salutations and fluid breath work. As for Pilates, she and her staff guide students through mat-based maneuvers that bolster the body's core, sometimes incorporating props such as BOSU balls and foam rollers. The team modifies its lessons to accommodate everyone's experience level, and also hosts courses for youngsters—kids' yoga entertains two- to five-year-olds, whereas Mommy/Daddy & Me sessions see parents stretching alongside their toddlers.
