This experience doesn’t even get one star. Desiree is a young unprofessional tattoo artist who doesn’t believe that the customer is always right. Our first meeting was okay. Our second meeting she cancelled. Our third meeting she never showed yet insisted that she was “upstairs”. So I never got the second session.
Waste of money and time.

My experience, awful.The place is hard to find.You have to look for the back door(basement) of a barbershop.She never asked me how I wanted my eyebrows.It was the worst pain ever.Like I had no local anesthesia (and, im very tolerant to pain).I got there on time,40min laters she calls me.She said she was gonna call me for the retouch, she never did.Awful service and results.I want a Refund.

Desiree did my eyebrows and it looks fantastic!! She has a super light touch so I could barely feel anything. Very happy with her work. Thank you Desiree!;)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUPON! The woman is very unprofessional. She never got back to me (even after several follow ups) about rescheduling, never refunded me my money, and redeemed my voucher when I've never used her service.
It's not worth it. Save your money and go to Prettyology.
