The quality of customer experience here was absolutely terrible. They run out of food 2 hours in, and refuse to make any more. Orders you placed don't materialize and I wasted an afternoon traveling to this restaurant with no food. STAY AWAY.

Homemade Bajan food made by Bajans! Great Oxtail, Curry Goat, Coconut Bread, Pone, Macaroni Pie, and don't forget to check out the cooler for Mauby and Sorrel. All delicious! Be back soon!

They didn't have all the food on their menu, but everything they did have was delicious and at a good price. We got great portions, and they were very nice.

A very nice place to visit with an unusual and quality food choice. Recommended for the adventurer in you. I will likely visit during future trips to Boston.

The cafe was clean and empty on a thursday late afternoon. The lady who serve me was friendly and a bit confused about if i could use the groupon. After calling the owner, i was able to order. Now i thought this was a bajan restaurant but no bajan food was available. (All jamaican tyoe crusine). I ordered a md stew chicken, with rice and peas and collard greens, also md bbq chicken with mac and cheese and okra. I was not impressed, the stew chicken was cooked so much it was like shredded chicken (not flavorful), the collard greens was good. Bbq chicken very dry, mac and cheese was o.k., okra was good. I personally wouldn't go back. I wanted bajan food like cou cou, flyfish etc not a play on jamaican food.

From Our Editors

When it comes to Caribbean food in Roslindale, there little need to look further than Oasis Cafe. There, guests can find authentic recipes and a casual, family-friendly atmosphere. Long, beautifully set tables make it easy to gather everyone around for the kitchen's hot, fresh-made offerings. And live DJs frequent the eatery to enliven meals with beats as sweet as an island breeze.
