I respect the fact that they make you take 4 beginner classes. I've heard other people talk about the injuries associated with this type of workout. I believe that the staff at CrossFit are knowledgeable and by taking these 4 classes it insures that you are doing the exercises correctly, which will lower the chances of being injured.

If you've ever considered getting started with Crossfit this gym is for you. The coaching and programming are the best in the area. I've been doing Crossfit for 1.5 years and decided to give Old Line and I have not been disappointed. I enjoy it so much I am making my change permanent.

The green turf floor at Old Line CrossFit plays host to a variety of equipment, including barbells, jump boxes, functional rigs, and medicine balls. It also plays host to the out-of-breath students laid out on their backs after workouts. Those workouts feature intense functional movements designed to ready students for any physical endeavor, whether it's mowing the lawn or running a marathon. Goals will vary, as will fitness levels and abilities, so the instructors at Old Line CrossFit tailor every workout to each participant. They also begin students with the On Ramp program, instilling fundamentals and the tools to perform CrossFit's motions safely.
