Manipura Power Yoga's experienced yogis seek to change students' perception of what they can and can't do. The instructors don't just guide classes through a series of flowing poses, but also teach students how to alter their breathing to stretch further and perform deeper postures than they thought possible. Each class is held in a minimalist studio that's heated to promote perspiration and to warm up muscles throughout the body. The increased heat helps make muscles more pliable and better aligned with bones, which helps build strength and stamina.
