Please be more clear and concise with your groupon. I called to ask questions before my arrival, did exactly what was told and had difficulties once I was given my receipt and was told that the barcode and 8 digit code wasn't good enough when that is all I had to redeem my voucher from the groupon live agent the same day. It would have been easier for the manager to come over and assist with this situation.

I am sorry you had a difficult time with your groupon. I was not aware of the situation. Had I been told, I would have gone over to see if I can rectify it. We do not accept screenshots of the barcode if that was the case.
