Inside South Perry Yoga’s cozy peace cave, a team of talented and friendly instructors offers customers of all ages and skill levels the chance to increase flexibility, reduce stress and tension, and develop mind-body balance through various styles of yoga. Partake in six drop-in yoga classes, which are offered more than 15 times a week and include vinyasa flow, yoga basics, and more (click here to view the schedule). During each 60- to 90-minute session, students work through a variety of poses, postures, and inversions that emphasize proper body alignment and nonlethal breathing. Grab a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel before attending a session—if you don't have your own yoga mat, borrow one of the studio’s mats or purchase a new one at 10% off the regular price.
