Amid the colorful, bright interior of Tres Fiestas—with its lush green plants and warm orange walls—the food is just as vibrant. Chefs sizzle fajitas and prepare tender, saucy enchiladas, or they whip up specials including the chicken carnitas, shrimp sautéed in red wine, and pork simmered in a green tomatillo sauce, as well as, enchiladas del mar and enchiladas a la crema and rellenos. Open for both lunch and dinner, the kitchen team keeps the stoves hot from 11a.m. to 9p.m., daily.
