I enrolled in a personal training session of 6 weeks (12 one-on-one sessions) after the bootcamp purchased through Groupon. I love the facility, all the trainers are friendly and educated. It has been a great experience. I am saddened that I will have to take time away from the programs during the holidays but am excited to be able to have a place to exercise and be challanged once the new year begins. Sean and Adrian ROCK!!!

An ACE-certified personal trainer for 14 years and co-author of the recent book The Fad Free Fitness Formula, Sean ignites weight-loss regimens with a boot-camp program that gets hearts pumping, muscles lifting, and minds daydreaming of a future in modeling with high-octane, metabolic-based training. The certified trainers apply a two-pronged attack against unwanted weight by supplementing boot camp with nutritional guidance and recipes. Bootcamps are held indoors in an air-conditioned gym, that uses tools such as battle ropes, kettlebells, and suspension trainers.
