Teacher was patient, the product was first class, the environment most pleasant. I learned enough to finish my project and I plan on taking more classes.

Christine is an excellent and patient teacher who loves to share her passion for knitting and crocheting. I had never picked up a crochet needle, but in just a couple of hours of instruction and practice, I feel I am on my way to mastering a new skill.

The 2-hour, crochet class I took at The Social Knitwork was a perfect place for beginners and learners who had some prior experience with crochet or knitting. The class began promptly, all supplies were provided and organized ahead of time, and the class size was small enough that we all got individual help. We actually started a scarf, and left with enough practice and materials to complete the project independently.

If you already know how to crochet or knit - not worth the beginners class, but she's a wonderful teacher if you want to learn how to!! It's a very homey atmosphere to while away time and work on a project.
