Choose Between Two Options

  • $29 for 10 boot-camp classes (a $150 value)
  • $45 for 20 boot-camp classes (a $300 value)

During each 40 minute class, a trainer leads 10–15 exercisers through a series of cardio drills, core exercises, and strength-training routines. Exercises might incorporate familiar equipment such as dumbbells or creative tools such as large jugs of water. Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesday, Thurday and Frinday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

FWC

After playing football at the collegiate and professional levels, Chris White earned his ACSM certification as a health-and-fitness specialist. He puts this experience to use at FWC, where—along with his fellow trainers—he helps clients shed pounds and lead healthier lives. Some of Chris's fitness services include personal training, group boot camps, and custom meal plans.
