Easily one of the best massages I've ever had.
The only suggestion I have is to offer a wider variety on colors for manicures/pedicures. There seems to be several varieties of 3 shades. There are a few other colors, but it would be nice to see more.
It is difficult to get an appointment and when I arrived for my appointment you were not ready, it was a surprise and you told us you were doubled booked
Stick to what you know, and don't try to offer services you're not trained to do. Also, make sure you have someone available to answer the phones during the hours you're open.
Horrible job at giving manicures. I don't think the staff are certified to give manicures. My big toe nail was cut way too short and the polish was a mess.
spa pedicure was terrible . I dont think they know how to do it.
This place is not a Spa it is a dump. It was under construction when I went and the owner
would talk about Chinese holistic medicine that she
Believes in and it was a weird experience. I would not go back!
Not worth the money. I went there for facial. Not at all worth it.
Keep up the good work. See you soon!
