With so many choices to make, life can sometimes feel overwhelming. To help navigate anxiety and decision-making, the Women's Calm Center's resident registered nurse draws on a decade of coaching experience to help students calmly focus on their goals. Classes begin by asking attendees to develop goals around the things that are most important to them. With these in mind, students then learn strategies for reinforcing their ambitions subconsciously, thinking positively, and remaining calm.
