This is the MOST UNDER professional place I’ve ever received service. The prices online are inaccurate per the rude and under professional manager. Apparently the prices were changed two years ago. However, they just were too lazy to update the website or purposely being misleading. Therefore after I received my service, which made my face worse by the way, I was uncharged $220! When I did a follow up call because no manager was there that day per the receptionisKelsey, the rude manager yelled “who doesn’t ask for the price before service” along with a lot of disgusting comments and hung up in my face. Extremely rude! Customer service is in the trash. I to the conclusion after the horrible service I received in person and over the phone that either they speak to all of their customers this way or the sign on their door should read WHITE ONLY!

I have never had a body wrap, it was amazing! Very nice and clean studio and has a lot to offer. Brittany was super personable and made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. Both very pleasant to work with. I will definitely be back!
