Everything was great with my hair dresser, Katelyn, until I mentioned to her (Katelyn) that I was worried the roots did not come out light enough. Helanie JUMPED RIGHT IN to put me on the defensive and accuse me of not being specific enough. To be clear: 1. I was very, very specific. 2. I have been getting my hair foiled for 8+ years know, I know what to request. 3. It was none of Helanie's business, as I was speaking to Katelyn (who was very nice!)
I also watched Helanie do this to another of Katelyn's clients. She got an attitude with her for not being "clear enough."

Katelynn was absolutely amazing! Was very nervous at first because we had a small miscommunication about my base color but they did exactly what I wanted and fixed the problem. I was even more impressed with katelynns hair cutting skills. I was having trouble finding a hair dresser who knew how to cut my hair the way I wanted. When katelynn pulled out the razor and started using the razor around my face I knew I found my new hair dresser. overall a great experience and will definitely be seeing her again
