On time, professional,no wait for my appointment!!
The service as really fast. Took about 20 minutes for an alignment. Best deal for sure since the place where I bought my tires wanted 130$.... glad I looked and was able to get a deal.
Went to Sears for an oil change and everything seemed fine. Shortly after my car started making a noise in the front end. Took it to the dealership where I was told whoever had done my last oil change (Sears) had added way too much oil and it was flooding some parts. I will only go to the dealership from now on.
They charged me $5.49 after the oil change. Part of it is tax. Other places charge you the same amount but you get tire rotation, here you don't.
The Southpark staff was awesome!..I will.be definitely going back for service
The oil change was quick and they did not try to make me buy anything else. However they did charge me $12.25, so essentially NO savings...not good
Was this helpful?
They left my car in a large shopping mall after serving it UNLOCKED!
It was fine just took a little longer than expected.
