Excellent service with good food. Enjoyed the quiet dining atmosphere as most restaurants are loud and noisy.
Drove all the way from the Virginia Beach oceanfront (for the second time this week as they were closed Saturday without any notification on their voicemail or online posting). The service was good, the waitress was very friendly and pleasant. However, the food left something to be desired. We ordered the shrimp skewers which were hardly seasoned and on a bed of chopped romaine lettuce without any sort of dressing/sauce. My fiancé had the shrimp and grits which probably could have used some sort of sauce. I had the salmon, which was actually quite good. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same thing about the roasted vegetables and sweet potatoes that accompanied it.
Tenderloin? Not sure what I had, but I wish it was tenderloin. The(vegetables)snap peas were way too soft. The shrimp was fishy(never had fishy shrimp) There were drinks being made at the bar and they didn't go out on the floor (if you know what I mean) Our drinking gasses were filthy. We went to thank our server, but her and the bar tenders disappeared. All workers were no where in sight.
The soup was good but everything else was not good at all. The vegetables were so over-cooked you could hardly eat them. We will not go back.
Very Pleasant Atmosphere and Service.
Server was great (excellent customer service). Good was delicious we will be making this a regular spot .
This was a great place. The staff was all friendly and the food was absolutely outstanding The she crab soup was to die for, and everything we had was delicious our whole experience was over-the-top we loved it
The selection and the service was very basic and unorganized. They should work harder one the menu.
Wonderful evening and we enjoyed our meal. The waitress "Maddie" was very attentive. We're planning to visit again soon!

Holland's Mosaic's menu keeps people coming back. The eclectic international cuisine changes season-to-season to make use of fresh, local ingredients, so there's always the impetus to try something new. At any time of the year, it showcases shrimp 'n' grits platters with andouille sausage and smoked gouda, duck-confit paella with saffron rice, and duck-fat popcorn showered with cracklins and crispy parmesan. Started in 1997, the restaurant has since successfully expanded into two states, just like the Internet.
