Poor service. Rude owner. As I mentioned above, they are now OUT OF BUSINESS!! No surprise there!

Refused to honor our Groupon & would give no reason why not. Just told us to call Groupon, which I did, & was given $15.00 in Groupon bucks back. We wouldn't have bothered to drive all the way out to this restaurant w/o the Groupon, so we actually lost gas money on that deal. Not happy w/ Groupon or La Magia about this.

Was good, except as I emailed you "They did not Honor the full amount of Groupon"---They said you had changed the "experation date" without their permision".............

I will not be going back to this restaurant as it would NOT honor the full amount of the Groupon that I purchased as the owner told me that the expiration date on my Groupon was wrong. Their overpriced specialty pizza was not worth the time it took to get there.

You take 30 min on a appetizer chicken strips? Your service horrible and owner is a cheap un professional person. Lying and trying to make every penny he can, even though he signed up for GROUPON.

I love this restaurant. The food is really good. HOWEVER, the Groupon I had expired on 10/31. I went to the restaurant on Sunday, 10/28 to find a sign on the door stating that they were not honoring the Groupon. The owner told me that in his agreement with Groupon the expiration date was to be 10/15. He said it was Groupon's mistake so he was not going to honor the expiration date printed on the Groupon. As we discussed whether we should stay or leave he said he would honor the $15 that I paid for the Groupon. We stayed and ate, mainly because I had no other plans but I will say that if I had known this would happen I would have just gotten a refund from Groupon and I would have stayed home to make dinner. I am in school right now and am very behind in my studies. Going out was an inconvenience but I really wanted to use the Groupon. I do not believe that a customer should pay for mistakes made by the owner or Groupon. This has truly affected my desire to return to this establishment, especially since this has happened in the past with a restaurant.com coupon that the restaurant would not honor. I have sent friends to this restaurant. They love this place and have further recommended it to other friends. It is truly upsetting to me that I most likely will not return. I will say that the food is very good and Sunday was no exception - it was delicious. My hesitation on returning is because I do not trust this establishment. There are many choices for Italian food, including my own kitchen, the owner would do well to work to keep customers coming back, not making them angry enough to not return.

Putting a 20% auto grat. on the bill without any warning on the menu or groupon is unethical at best, if not illegal.

Butter packets served with bread seemed cafeteria style. No choice of dressing except the house dressing which wasn't our taste. Seemed a bit expensive for the meal portion size.
