René Kostoy is the executive chef at Rene's Schnitzelhaus. Born and raised in South Germany, he's worked his way through restaurants in Germany, Switzerland, and America, rising through the ranks from an apprentice to executive chef. Chef René remained committed to quality and authenticity, making no shortcuts when it comes to ingredients, which are sourced from local markets, supporting the community. Schnitzelhaus' menu features beloved comfort meals like potato pancakes, homemade Bratwurst, Schnitzels, and Currywurst with potato salad.
