At CrossFit 315, members build powerful, healthy bodies while losing weight through exercises that vary every day. Rather than wasting time on treadmills or ellipticals, CrossFit practitioners of all ages and body types swing kettlebells, squat, and deadlift their way to health. Workouts can be scaled to the participant's ability, and each person receives one-on-one attention in Foundation classes of up to 9 students. Foundations classes focus on fundamental mechanics of squatting, olympic lifting, and body-weight exercises in intense sessions as student are cheered on by coaches and other members, as clientele and clients alike celebrate each new achievement.
