The cooks serve traditional foods from India, Bhutan, and Nepal with a focus on creating succulent flavors rather than a flashy delivery. Additionally, every dish Marmaduke tried, including samosas, fried fish, and diwali kheer, "was remarkable for its sharp, fresh flavors. The obvious absence of anything processed or greasy allowed all the different tastes to shine."
