Such a great time!

I tried to call the number listed online several times and I left a voicemail to make an appointment since the online was showing blackout dates. My Groupon ended up expiring. I also found out they weren’t doing the GoPro video as advertised on the original Groupon.

It was a great experience. But we were only in the air about 10 minutes, disappointing. But all the people were great!

The whole parasailing experience was a 5. Finding the place was a 1. They should advertise there physical location is actually on the beach. Also the should stop advertising that go pro video is part of the package when it is not.

Experience was not as expected. The package included GoPro video but they hardly took one good picture let alone a video. Not satisfied!

The staff was friendly and communicative about safety. Our only recommendation is to book earlier in the day, because by mid-afternoon, the boat was a little behind schedule (which only impacted start time, not time in the air). Five stars for Lake Tahoe views!!

Boat drivers were not particularly friendly. Ride was very short about 10 minutes

From Our Editors

Those who think the mountainous backdrop of Lake Tahoe looks stunning from the ground should just wait until they glimpse it from 800 feet above sea level. And that's just what they'll be able to do with a visit to North Shore Parasail, which specializes in sending up to three participants at a time skyward using nothing but the power of the wind (and boat propulsion). Once that parachute lifts off as the boat it's connected to punches the motor, guests will be treated to an experience that's as thrilling as it is scenic. They'll glide into the air at up to 10mph, reveling in the views of the glassy waters below and the ruggedly beautiful terrain that surrounds them. And parasailers don't need to worry about getting wet, either—all takeoffs and landings happen right from the back of the boat, meaning nobody will get soaked at any point during the airborne adventure.
