Laughter is nearly as important as exercise at Good Friends Fitness, where strong personal relationships serve as the backbone to fitness regimens that depend on motivation, accountability, and positivity. During each group workout, certified instructors cultivate camaraderie through shared fun and emotional support, unlike a high-school social clique or a pie fight to the death. Low-impact movements power multi-level Vinyasa yoga routines, while BodyVive sessions capitalize on functional cross training to provide more energy and strength in daily life.
In addition to teaching classes, the staff helms fitness challenges and group training programs to help patrons tackle their fitness goals. To promote safety during workouts, teachers lead form-focused intro sessions for new members and, for an additional charge, a clubhouse corrals kids where they can play in a kids-focused environment.
